The instructor will identify and illustrate key leadership characteristics through the actions of actual Civil War leaders. The interactive discussion also demonstrates the importance and impact of effective communication, decision-making and teamwork, using both positive and negative examples. The actions that they took and the results that followed serve as powerful, moving lessons for those in positions of leadership today.

Led by Paul Marcone, this promises to be a great day on the battlefields!

Please note that the return to the Academy at 1530 is an approximate time based on traffic conditions and the amount of time spent at the Battlefield so each participant is encouraged to plan accordingly.
